1. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Registration requires verification of your email address or mobile number, via a verification link or OTP. Providing false contact details to bypass verification is a violation of these Terms.
• Signing in via Google is optional and is never mandatory for registration or course access.

2. Course Registration

• Registration for a course batch is confirmed only after identity verification is completed and payment is successfully received and confirmed by our system.
• Group Registration: A primary registrant may invite up to two additional participants by providing their name and email. Each invited participant must independently complete their own registration and verification. Group discounts, where applicable, are confirmed once all participants in the group have completed registration and payment; the applicable discount and any registration deadline for the group are displayed at the time of registration.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel a registration where verification fails, payment cannot be confirmed, or fraudulent information is detected.

3. Course Delivery

• Live sessions are delivered via Zoom. The Zoom link is shared with the learner's verified email or mobile number only after payment is confirmed.
• Recordings of completed live sessions are made available in the learner’s "My Courses" section for six months from the date of the session, after which access may expire.
• Certificates are issued after successful completion or attendance of the relevant session, subject to the completion criteria specified for that course.

4. Payments

• Payment is collected via the payment method displayed at checkout, including QR-code-based UPI payment. See our Payment Policy for details.
• Prices are displayed at the time of registration, inclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your registration, session link, or recording access with anyone who has not registered and paid;
• Record, redistribute, or publicly share session recordings or course materials without written permission;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts the session for other participants.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, recordings, materials, and certificates are the intellectual property of EcoEx, or its licensors, and are provided for the registered learner's personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

EcoEx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, technical issues with third-party services such as Zoom or payment processors, or interruption of access, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
