EcoEx Academy delivers digital training services — there is no physical shipment involved. This page explains how and when access is delivered after registration and payment.
1. What Is Delivered
- Zoom session link for your registered live session.
- Session recording, made available in "My Courses" after the live session concludes.
- Certificate, issued after successful completion or attendance of the session.
2. Delivery Timeline

3. Access Window
Session recordings remain accessible in your "My Courses" section for six months from the date of the session. Access is not extended beyond this period unless explicitly stated for a specific course.
4. Non-Delivery Issues
If you have paid but did not receive your Zoom link, recording access, or certificate within the expected timelines, contact info@ecoex.market with your registered email or mobile number and payment reference (UTR) so we can resolve it promptly.
5. Group Registrations
Each participant in a group registration receives their own Zoom link, recording access, and certificate individually, once their own registration and payment at the applicable group rate is confirmed.
