• Payment data: transaction reference (UPI reference ID) and payment status. We do not collect or store your card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials — these are handled directly by our payment service provider.
• Course activity data: session attendance, recording access, and certificate issuance records.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity and process your registration.
• To confirm payment and grant access to the live session, recordings, and certificate.
• To communicate with you about your registration, session links, and course updates.
• To apply group-registration discounts where applicable.
• To improve the Platform and troubleshoot issues.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing of Information

We share limited data with:

• Our payment service provider, to process and confirm your payment.
• Zoom, to enable your access to the live session.
• Regulators or authorities, where required by law.

We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

• Registration and course-activity records are retained for as long as needed to deliver the course, issue certificates, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
• Session recordings are retained and accessible to you for six months; we may retain a backup copy for internal record-keeping beyond that period.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@ecoex.market . Note that deleting certain data, such as payment records, may be limited by legal or accounting retention requirements.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including verification before registration is confirmed and secure handling of payment references, to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without appropriate consent.
